Acclaimed for his almost photographic renditions of the battles of the Civil War, Ron Lesser's new Founding Fathers collection, "Portraits of the American Revolution", draws its inspiration from the inspiring paintings of legendary artists like Gilbert Stuart, Mather Brown, Joseph-Siffred Duplessis, Chester Harding, John Trumbull, John Singleton Copley, and Charles Wilson Peal.   Lauded for their craft and vision, the images created by these artists are the best visual record in existence of our country's great Revolutionary War.

Drawing from the contemporary masters, both here and abroad, Mr. Lesser, with a keen eye for detail and immense talent, has reinvented these masterworks. Created in traditional oils, each original painting is a masterpiece inviting the viewer to "meet" one of the key figures of the our American Revolution.

Most portraits are 8 inches by 10 inches (15 x 17 framed) - oil on wood panel. Portraits are framed with selected 3 inch solid wood mouldings similar in quality to the portrait shown above.
